Privacy Policy

Your name, delivery address, phone number and — if you contact us by email — your email address. We also store your cart and wishlist locally in your own browser.

To confirm and deliver orders, answer questions, handle exchanges, and send order updates over WhatsApp or phone. Nothing more.

Only our courier partners, and only the details required to deliver your parcel. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data.

Cart items, saved wishlist pieces and recently viewed watches are kept in your browser's local storage so your session survives a refresh. Clearing your browser data removes them.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to velorawatches.pk@gmail.com. We'll action the request within 30 days, subject to any records we must keep for accounting.
