Orders are dispatched within one working day of confirmation. Delivery in 2–5 working days nationwide. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day or two.

We deliver to every major city in Pakistan — including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta — along with most smaller towns served by our courier partners.

A flat delivery charge is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Free delivery on selected orders.

Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. For higher-value pieces we may request a small advance to confirm the order — this is always discussed with you first.

Every order ships in secure VELORA packaging, with the watch secured inside a protective outer carton. A tracking number is shared on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Please inspect the parcel in front of the courier where possible. If anything looks damaged, message us the same day and we'll resolve it.
